Our Head Chef looks to utilise locally sourced, seasonal produce to produce dishes of the highest quality. Our à la carte menu changes on a weekly basis and looks to offer a selection of perfectly grilled meats, fresh fish in addition to those comfort favourites you miss when travelling away from home.

Whether you are planning on entertaining important clients, celebrating a wedding or simply entertaining friends, our Head Chef is able to create bespoke private dining menus at the Asperion Hillside for up to 60 guests which will leave you with marvellous memories. In the summer our beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax, unwind and dine.
